Kaukehmen Church

Kaukehmen Church is an aisleless church building in Jasnoje with straightforward architecture and simple design. The structure features a linear layout that organizes the interior space in a practical way.

The building was constructed in 1704 and remained in use through different historical periods. After a fire in 1904, it underwent major reconstruction and was later renewed.

The church began as a Lutheran house of worship and was transferred to the Russian Orthodox Church in 1992. This transformation shaped how the building looks and functions today.
