Litewski Square in Lublin

Litewski Square is a large public plaza in downtown Lublin with walking paths, seating areas, and green spaces surrounded by historic buildings. The space is open and flat, with various monuments scattered throughout the grounds.

This location was used for storing hay in 1818 before it was converted into a military parade ground in 1823. This change marked the beginning of its role as an important public space in the city.
