The Uferhallen complex spans 18,900 square meters along the Panke River, containing 80 studios, dance rooms, recording facilities, and exhibition spaces in Berlin.
The former Berlin transport company grounds transformed into an artistic center in 2008, leading to the formation of Uferhallen Immobilien AG for cultural development.
More than 150 artists work in various disciplines within the protected building complex, creating a center for artistic production in northern Berlin.
Located at Uferstraße 8 in Berlin's Gesundbrunnen district, the facility includes workshop spaces, event venues, and dining establishments for public access.
In 2011, the property issued 3,300 shares to 132 artists, establishing an innovative ownership model for maintaining cultural spaces in Berlin.
