Arley House and Gardens, Grade II listed garden in Upper Arley, England

Located within the Wyre Forest area, this estate encompasses gardens, an arboretum, and parkland covering 35 hectares of landscaped grounds.

The manor of Upper Arley belonged to the Lyttelton family from the mid-15th century until 1779, when it passed to Lucy, sister of Thomas Lyttelton.

The gardens showcase different landscape design periods, from 18th-century formal arrangements to the 1960s Italian garden modifications.

Visitors can explore the four garden compartments, magnolia collection, and extensive arboretum containing over 300 species of trees.

The arboretum features a 65-meter laburnum arch, which stands as the longest structure of its type in Britain.
