Crawley Town Hall, Municipal building in The Boulevard, Crawley, England
Crawley Town Hall is a nine-storey municipal building with a square form on The Boulevard, designed in the International Style. A carving of the borough coat of arms decorates the southwest corner of the structure.
The previous town hall, designed by Max Clendinning, opened in 1964 and operated until 2020. The current building was constructed following its demolition and completed in 2023.
The former Civic Hall attached to the old town hall hosted musical performances, including a concert by The Who in April 1965.
The lower floors contain municipal offices and council chambers serving city administration. The upper levels function as commercial office space rented to businesses within the town center.
The new town hall, completed in 2023, replaced the previous Brutalist structure after the council determined the old complex no longer met modern requirements.
