Verslo centras „1000“

The Office Center 1000 rises across ten floors with an unusual circular design where glass panels reflect natural light throughout the building. The structure contains flexible office spaces, meeting rooms, and a conference hall with outdoor access on the top level.

Construction started in 2004 and finished in 2008, arriving during a period when modern office buildings transformed Kaunas's business landscape. This project was part of a broader wave of development that reshaped the city's economic infrastructure.

The building's exterior references a historic Lithuanian banknote through its distinctive pattern created with glass panels. This design connects modern architecture with the country's financial past in a way visitors can see immediately.

The complex provides flexible office arrangements and can accommodate meetings with up to 200 people, making it suitable for different business needs. The top floor with its terrace creates a pleasant setting for breaks and informal gatherings.

The building holds Lithuania's record for the largest glass vitrage, created using specialized manufacturing techniques. These glass surfaces were engineered to remain durable for decades while preserving the historical pattern on the facade.
