Madame Brasserie, Iron lattice tower in Champ de Mars, Paris, France
The Eiffel Tower reaches 300 meters in height, featuring three levels with observation decks and restaurants connected by staircases and elevators.
Engineer Gustave Eiffel and his team constructed this metal structure between 1887 and 1889 for the World Fair celebrating the French Revolution centennial.
The tower holds scientific inscriptions of 72 French engineers and mathematicians on its first level, representing French intellectual achievements of the 19th century.
Visitors can access the tower daily from 10:00 to 23:00, with separate tickets available for stairs or elevator access to different observation levels.
The structure expands by up to 15 centimeters in summer heat and moves horizontally by up to 7 centimeters in strong winds.
