Domaine des Étangs

The Domaine des Étangs spans across 2,500 acres of land with woodlands, farms, and ponds surrounding a renovated 13th-century castle structure.

The restaurant occupies former stables that have been renovated to incorporate both ancient architectural elements and contemporary design features.

Chef Matthieu Pasgrimaud creates dishes using ingredients from the estate gardens, including specialties like Camus artichoke flowers and sturgeon loaf with Neuvic caviar.

The restaurant welcomes guests from Wednesday to Saturday for dinner between 19:00 and 21:30, and on Sundays for lunch service from 12:00 to 13:30.

The estate maintains its own gardens, farms, and ponds, providing fresh ingredients directly to the kitchen while preserving traditional agricultural methods.
