Old Town Hall, Medieval town hall in Toruń, Poland
The Old Town Hall spans four floors with a central tower, displaying Gothic architecture with red brick walls and white stone decorations throughout its structure.
Between 1233 and 1393, the Gothic building served as the primary administrative center for merchants and city officials during the Hanseatic League period.
The interior contains the Regional Museum with Gothic art collections, medieval paintings, sculptures, and local currency from the thirteenth to eighteenth centuries.
Visitors can access the observation deck at the top of the 40-meter tower daily from April through October between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
The Royal Hall within the building marks where Polish King Jan Olbracht spent his final moments before dying in 1501 during an official visit.
