Wild Florida Adventure Park

The facility includes wildlife enclosures housing native and exotic species, boarding docks for airboat departures, and marked pathways through animal habitats. Visitors walk along elevated observation platforms to view alligators, birds and mammals in naturalistic settings. A 170-acre (69-hectare) drive-through section features African and Asian ungulates roaming among Florida vegetation and open grasslands.

Established in 2010 as a tour operator focusing on wetland exploration, the facility gradually incorporated animal rescue operations and wildlife education. Over subsequent years, management added enclosures for more than 200 species, including rescued native animals and exotic mammals. The drive-through safari section opened later to provide close encounters with free-roaming ungulate herds.

Educational programs focus on wetland ecosystems and demonstrate conservation efforts that protect Florida's natural habitats. Staff members explain traditional swamp navigation methods and share knowledge about native species survival, connecting visitors to the region's ecological heritage through hands-on experiences that emphasize environmental stewardship and sustainable tourism practices.

Located approximately 20 miles (32 kilometers) south of Kissimmee along Route 441, the facility provides ample parking for visitors. Airboat excursions run from 9:00 AM until the final 4:30 PM departure, offered in 30-minute or one-hour formats. Guests should bring sunscreen and wear closed-toe shoes; an on-site restaurant and gift shop are available.

Supervised alligator encounters allow visitors to handle juvenile specimens under keeper guidance and learn feeding techniques. The grounds also host Madagascar lemurs that move freely within walk-through enclosures. Night tours offered during select seasons provide opportunities to observe nocturnal species as spotlights sweep across the wetlands after dark.
