Lower Silesia Monuments miniature Park, Museum and café in Kowary, Poland.
The Lower Silesia Monuments miniature Park displays over 60 detailed models at 1:25 scale, representing castles, churches, palaces, and town halls from Lower Silesia and neighboring regions in Poland, the Czech Republic, and Germany.
Founded in 2003 on the site of a former carpet and textile factory, the park was created to preserve and promote the architectural heritage of Lower Silesia through accurate miniature reproductions of regional monuments.
Guided tours include storytelling sessions featuring romantic legends and historical anecdotes about local castles and noble families, while the models reflect the diverse architectural styles that shaped the region's cultural identity over centuries.
The park is open daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, located at Zamkowa 9 in Kowary, and offers free parking, guided tours lasting approximately 45 minutes, and facilities including restrooms, a café, and a souvenir shop.
Each miniature model required weeks to months of meticulous craftsmanship using modern weatherproof techniques, with detailed landscaping and greenery surrounding each structure to recreate the original settings of these historical monuments.
