Cacapon Resort State Park
Cacapon Resort State Park is a facility covering more than 6,000 acres near Berkeley Springs in West Virginia. The property features a 48-room lodge built from wood and stone, various cabin options, an 18-hole golf course, and extensive hiking trails that wind through forests and across hillsides.
The resort was established in the early 1930s with the Cacapon Lodge opening in 1933. The state acquired the land to protect it from development and preserve it as public space for outdoor enjoyment.
