Le Grand Bain

Le Grand Bain is a restaurant and bar in Belleville, Paris, housed in a converted industrial space with distinctive architectural features. Exposed brick walls, concrete surfaces, and a central counter create an open layout where dining happens in full view of the kitchen.

The restaurant was founded by chef Ed Delling-Williams, who brought experience from London's St-John and Paris's Au Passage. He opened this venue in Belleville to create a new take on French cooking based on his background in both cities.
