360°, Rooftop restaurant at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Dubai.
360° was a circular restaurant built on a platform at the end of a pier, offering views of the Arabian Gulf and the Burj Al Arab. The structure extended from Jumeirah Beach Hotel into the sea, creating a dining space where guests sat entirely over the water.
The restaurant operated from 2005 until 2018 and became a central fixture in Dubai's nightlife scene before closing during the hotel's renovation project. Its closure coincided with major rebuilding work at Jumeirah Beach Hotel.
The venue shaped Dubai's entertainment scene by hosting international DJs and artists, establishing new standards for how dining and nightlife could be experienced together.
Access required walking along a private pier extending into the sea, so visitors needed to be comfortable walking on exposed structures over water. The open platform meant guests experienced direct exposure to sea breezes and weather conditions.
The circular design allowed diners to experience shifting views of Dubai as the sun moved across the sky, with the angle of light changing gradually throughout the meal. This constantly evolving panorama made every visit feel different.
