Located in central Marrakech, the complex operates Monday through Saturday from 09:30 to 19:00 and Sundays from 09:00 to 14:00, offering direct purchases from creators.
Each section of the complex features artisans working without intermediaries, allowing visitors to observe the complete manufacturing process of traditional Moroccan crafts.
