Parc animalier du Quinquis

Parc Animalier du Quinquis is a wildlife park in Brittany where over 1000 animals from roughly 130 species live in spacious habitats designed for their needs. The grounds are laid out so animals can behave naturally while visitors observe them from viewing areas and pathways.

The site began as a traditional Breton farm before transforming into a modern wildlife facility for various animal species. This shift shows how a working agricultural space adapted to serve conservation purposes.

The park welcomes visitors from April through November during the warmer months and has facilities set up for a full day visit. Wear comfortable shoes with good grip since the grounds have walking paths and varying terrain to explore on foot.

The park features elevated net walkways strung between trees that let visitors experience the animal world from an unusual vantage point. These platforms provide close observation without disturbing the animals as they move through their spaces.
