Silverado City
Silverado City is a theme park in gmina Żnin that recreates a western town from the 1800s with wooden buildings, daily performances by costumed actors, a children's playground, horse rides, and restaurants serving western-style food.
The park was created as a tribute to American frontier culture and is not based on a real settlement. Modern construction methods were used to recreate the visual appearance of buildings from the gold rush and ranching era.
Visitors experience Old West traditions through performances by costumed actors who recreate scenes from frontier life. The shows featuring gunfights, horse demonstrations, and roping displays reveal how people lived and worked in that era.
The park is easily accessible by car with free parking on site. Wear comfortable shoes as visiting involves walking around the outdoor streets, and check the performance schedule in advance since show times vary by season.
A miniature train called Union Pacific runs through the park, taking passengers on a journey with small action scenes along the way, such as bandit chases. This offers an unusual way to explore the grounds while being drawn into the story.
