Skycourt towers
Skycourt Towers is a residential complex of six mid-rise buildings located in Dubailand, Wadi Al Safa 5, with 21 floors each. The towers contain over two thousand apartments, ranging from studios to two-bedroom units, along with amenities including a gym, swimming pools for both adults and children, rooftop gardens, and secure parking. The structures feature concrete and glass construction with clean lines and abundant windows that flood the units with natural light.
Construction of Skycourt Towers began in October 2007 and was completed in February 2011, spanning approximately three and a half years. The project was developed by National Bonds as part of a larger plan to create a new residential area in Dubailand, with a total value of around 363 million US dollars.
The towers are situated near main roads, making it convenient to reach other parts of Dubai by car or taxi. A bus stop is located nearby and the closest metro station is about 15 minutes away by car, providing public transport options that are practical for residents.
The rooftop garden concept in the towers offers residents unusually designed outdoor spaces at the tops of the buildings where they can relax in the evenings and watch the sunset over the city. These elevated garden areas create a calm retreat that stands apart from the busy street life below.
