TrIIIple Towers, Tower block complex in Landstraße, Vienna, Austria
TrIIIple Towers is a residential complex with three towers rising over 100 meters high near the Danube Canal. The ensemble combines apartments, penthouses, lofts, shops, restaurants, and offices within a unified design that stretches across multiple city blocks.
Henke Schreieck Architekten designed and completed the project in 2021, adding contemporary residential architecture to Vienna's evolving skyline. The development marked a turning point in how the Danube Canal area became more densely populated with mixed-use buildings.
The central plaza brings together residents and visitors throughout the day, hosting informal gatherings and creating spaces where the community naturally meets and relaxes.
The complex provides kindergarten services, retail shops, restaurants, and office spaces within walking distance of the city center and airport connections. Its diverse range of amenities means residents and workers can handle daily tasks without leaving the immediate area.
The staggered levels on each tower create individual balconies and terraces that give every resident private outdoor spaces with city views.
