The cultural center features a 300-seat auditorium, three workshop classrooms, and multimedia spaces for community educational and artistic activities.
The center opened on March 16, 2013, marking the first public cultural building constructed within an informal settlement in Buenos Aires.
The entrance hall displays forty permanent artworks from Argentine and Latin American artists, including pieces by Remo Bianchedi and León Ferrari.
The facility provides thirteen annual workshops covering guitar, percussion, theater, cinema, classical dance, Paraguayan dance, drawing, and textile arts.
The building exterior displays South American flag colors combined with gray and black, paying tribute to Piet Mondrian's artistic style.
