Le Mas Cauvy is a campground in the Cévennes region with 28 large camping pitches spread across about one hectare of land. The site sits between fields and mountains, offering various accommodation options such as traditional tent pitches, safari tents, tipis, and bed and breakfast rooms.
The campground was established as a family operation and has preserved its agricultural heritage across generations. Current management by Sophie continues the tradition of rural hospitality.
The location near Alès and Anduze provides opportunities to explore regional museums, including Le Musée du Scribe and Le Château d'Arène.
The site is open from April through September and provides electrical hookups at selected pitches. Check-in occurs daily between 15:00 and 19:00.
Guests can select from traditional camping spots, safari tents, tipis, or bed and breakfast accommodations while enjoying views of the Cévennes mountains.
