Camping de la Pélonie

Camping de la Pélonie spreads across green spaces with individual plots for tents and mobile homes, featuring two swimming pools and three water slides. The facility offers different accommodation types on a connected site suited for families and groups.

The camping site developed as part of tourism infrastructure in the Dordogne and helped connect the four different territories of the Périgord. It was established during a period when vacation accommodations became more sought after across the region.

The location serves as a base for exploring regional gastronomy and local markets, where visitors encounter traditional Périgord specialties and crafts. The surrounding area reflects the way people live in the region, with its characteristic products and everyday customs of the village community.

The site is easy to reach by car and offers ample space for different vehicle types and tents with good on-site orientation. Signage and pathways make arrival and finding parking and pitch locations much easier.

The site has both an outdoor and a heated indoor swimming pool, allowing water activities regardless of weather during the entire season. This double facility is unusual among campgrounds in the region and ensures continuous use even on rainy or cooler days.
