Camping du Pouldu, Seaside campground in Clohars-Carnoët, France
Camping du Pouldu is a seaside campground in Clohars-Carnoët with two hectares of landscaped grounds featuring roughly one hundred spacious pitches arranged on terraces among flowering gardens and mature trees. The facility offers a heated swimming pool, game room, petanque court, ping-pong table, and free Wi-Fi throughout the grounds.
The property originated as an orchard and was later converted into a camping facility. Clément and Emma acquired and renovated the grounds in 2017.
The site sits between the Finistère and Morbihan regions, offering visitors a base to explore Brittany's fishing villages and local art scenes. Its location bridges access to traditional coastal communities with modern comfort.
The site sits approximately 500 meters from local shops and 800 meters from beaches, making it accessible for daily needs. Be aware that the terraced layout means some areas may be challenging to reach for guests with mobility restrictions.
The site retains its orchard heritage today, with mature trees scattered across the grounds that preserve a piece of the land's agricultural past. This creates an unusual blend of modern camping with rural character.
