Monkey Forest is an adventure park near Saint-Molf with 18 tree-climbing courses spread across 6 hectares and designed for ages 2 through adulthood. The routes offer progressively harder challenges in the canopy and on ropes to suit different skill levels and age groups.
The park was established by local authorities to promote outdoor recreation and strengthen nature connections in Loire-Atlantique. It was created to give families a space where physical activity and nature experiences go together.
The park integrates numerous family activities including treasure hunts, digital games, and sports shooting ranges to foster connections between generations.
Visitors should wear sturdy shoes and appropriate clothing since the courses happen in the tree canopy and conditions change with weather. Staff on-site provide guidance to make sure everyone picks the right course for their level.
The Pitchoun course is specially designed for toddlers from age 2 and lets them climb without harnesses. This young group gets to explore heights playfully under trained staff supervision.
