Water Camp Resort
Water Camp Resort is a recreation park in Kawit featuring multiple swimming pools including an artificial wave pool, a lazy river, and slides for children. The offering is supplemented by overnight rooms, villas, restaurants, and a fishing pond where guests can catch and cook their own fish.
The resort began in the 1960s as Josephine Resort with two basic pools for adults and children. In 1999 it was fully renovated and transformed into Water Camp, featuring four connected pools, a guest house, and four villas, reinforcing its importance as a popular local destination.
The resort emerged from the former Josephine Resort and serves today as a place for family celebrations and special occasions. Visitors spend their time across different water areas, creating simple shared memories in a laid-back setting.
The resort is easily reached by bus or private vehicle and is located within a subdivision with clear signage. Visitors should bring appropriate swimwear and note that glass, alcohol, and certain items are not allowed, while food and drinks may be brought into the areas.
Fisherman's Wharf was built a year after the main 1999 renovation and lets guests catch and cook their own fish. This became one of the most popular features of the resort, offering a special experience beyond typical water park activities.
