Maison Joia occupies a renovated former grocery store in the Musicians Quarter with art deco details and large windows. The dining space benefits from natural light throughout the day, creating an open environment for meals.

The restaurant opened in October 2023 when Julien and Laetitia Pilati transformed a specialty food store into their dining concept. The couple brought their cooking background from Brittany and Champagne to the Côte d'Azur.
