Plage de Pointe Sable

Plage de Pointe Sable is a beach in Port-Louis with soft sand and shallow, clear water backed by coconut palms and wooden shelters. The shoreline slopes gently, making it accessible for swimmers of all abilities.

Sea turtles regularly nest on this beach, making it one of the few protected breeding grounds in the region. Visitors who come at the right time of year may witness these remarkable creatures returning to shore at night.
