Orana Amphitheater, Open-air theatre in Orunia - Święty Wojciech - Lipce, Gdańsk, Poland
L'amphithéâtre Orana is a small open-air theatre in Park Oruński, in the Orunia - Święty Wojciech - Lipce district of Gdańsk, Poland. It has a simple stage and around 263 seats arranged in a natural setting among trees.
The amphitheatre was built between 2017 and 2018 as part of a project to renew Park Oruński. It opened on May 12, 2018, with a concert by singer Andrzej Sikora, and during its first season it hosted seven free concerts open to the public.
The amphitheatre is easy to reach on foot through Park Oruński, and local public transport serves the area well. Events take place mainly in the warmer months, so late spring through summer is the best time to visit.
The site is managed by Gdańska Scena Muzyczna, a local music initiative that shapes the programme directly. Every summer, Sunday children's shows are organized here by theatre groups from across northern Poland.
