Mikro Ammoudi Nudist Beach

Mikro Ammoudi is a nudist beach in Rethymno with white coarse sand nestled between two neighboring bays. The turquoise waters here are calm and suitable for swimming throughout the day.

The beach became a naturist destination through informal local practice over several decades. It gained recognition gradually as more visitors discovered and returned to this sheltered location.

The beach maintains designated areas for naturist activities while respecting local customs, creating a balanced environment for different beach-going preferences.

Access is via a path from the parking area near Lefkogia village, making arrival straightforward. The beach has a small canteen and sunbed rentals, but visitors should bring other supplies they might need.

A small cave in the western section provides shade and clear waters to explore. An underwater passage connects the eastern end to the neighboring Klisidi cove for curious swimmers.
