Spiaggia delle vacche is a small beach with cream-colored sand surrounded by granite rock formations near San Teodoro. The shoreline stretches about 30 meters and frames views across the water to Tavolara and Molara islands.

The beach took its name from cattle that rested on its shores during earlier agricultural periods in Sardinia. This link to the region's pastoral past remains central to how the place is understood and remembered.
