Praia ffluvial da Bairrada

Praia Fluvial da Bairrada is a swimming area along a reservoir where water stretches between wooded shores and rock formations. The location offers sandy areas for sunbathing and designated sections for different types of swimmers.

This location came into being in the mid-20th century when a dam was constructed, creating an artificial lake in the area. The project transformed the landscape and eventually led to the development of this beach.
