The restaurant occupies the highest level of Galeries Lafayette department store, providing views across the pink-tinted roofs of central Toulouse.
The establishment opened its doors in December 2017 through a partnership between the French chef Michel Sarran and the All for You company.
The restaurant menu incorporates regional specialties from Toulouse and the surrounding Occitanie region while maintaining modern French culinary techniques.
Visitors can access the restaurant through Galeries Lafayette during store hours or through a separate entrance at 4 Rue du Lieutenant Pelissier after 8:00 PM.
The restaurant offers nine different courses during dinner service, with each dish designed to showcase seasonal ingredients from local producers.
