Hôtel Bouctot-Vagniez, Art Nouveau mansion in Amiens, France
The three-story private residence features Gothic architecture with Art Nouveau elements, surrounded by an English-style garden on Rue des Otages.
Between 1909 and 1911, architect Louis Duthoit constructed this residence for newlyweds André Bouctot and Marie-Louise Vagniez using her marriage dowry.
The mansion displays decorative ironwork from Parisian firm Schwartz and Meurer, alongside glass fixtures specially crafted by the Daum company.
The Compagnie de Phalsbourg acquired the property in 2018 with plans to convert it into a luxury hotel featuring fifty rooms and a restaurant.
Each floor spans 300 square meters, resulting in a 900-square-meter residence originally built for a couple without children.
