Szprechuś, Bronze dwarf statue in Stare Miasto, Poland.
The small bronze figure of Szprechuś rests near the Hansel and Gretel houses, forming part of Wrocław's collection of dwarf statues.
Created in July 2019, this statue joins hundreds of similar bronze dwarfs that reference the Orange Alternative movement against communist control in Poland.
The statue represents a traditional Polish folkloric character called krasnoludek, similar to the garden gnomes found in British gardens.
