Sant'Eustachio, Historic coffee shop near Pantheon, Rome, Italy
Sant'Eustachio il Caffè prepares its coffee using a special blend of pure Arabica beans imported directly from South American producers and roasted on site.
The establishment began operations in 1938 at St. Eustace Square, taking over a previous café that had existed since 1800 under the name Caffè e Latte.
The café maintains traditional Italian coffee preparation methods, with skilled baristas crafting each cup according to time-honored Roman coffee-making techniques.
Visitors can access the café daily from 7:30 AM until 1:00 AM Sunday through Thursday, with extended hours until 2:00 AM on Saturday nights.
The café roasts its coffee beans using a wood-fired roaster and follows a secret preparation method that includes adding water and sugar before serving.

Historic cafes like Antico Caffè Greco and Caffè Sant'Eustachio keep their original recipes.
