Sentier Scupltural, Art trail in Corbières, France.
The Sentier Sculptural is a 5.6-kilometer path in the Corbières area that displays metal, stone, clay, and wooden artworks. The creations sit within a natural setting of vineyards and Mediterranean shrubland.
In 1993, an artist named Bozo showed thirty artworks in Mayronnes, prompting the local authorities to purchase a piece. This led to the creation of this permanent outdoor exhibition path.
The sculptures are woven into the mountain environment, inviting visitors to consider how contemporary art and nature interact. They reflect an artistic perspective that has shaped the location over time.
The path starts from Mayronnes parking lot and is marked with yellow signs for easy navigation. Walking the full route takes roughly two and a half hours with moderate uphill sections.
The artworks are displayed freely without any entrance fee, making the experience accessible to all visitors. From the highest point at 384 meters, walkers can take in views across the Hautes-Corbières landscape.
