Ecodrome de Dijon is an adventure park nestled within Parc de la Colombière, featuring six separate courses high among the treetops. Each route offers varying difficulty levels at heights reaching up to 10 meters (33 feet), with continuous safety harness systems protecting climbers throughout their journey.
The facility opened by repurposing part of the long-established Parc de la Colombière into a recreational climbing center for the Burgundy region. This transformation brought a new type of outdoor activity to an existing green space.
The park attracts families and friends who gather to test their courage and agility among the trees. It has become a place where people challenge themselves physically while connecting with the surrounding woodland.
The park opens from April through November, with sessions on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays between 2 PM and 7 PM. It is wise to book your slot ahead of time, especially during weekends and holiday periods.
During summer evenings, the park hosts special night climbing sessions where visitors navigate illuminated courses under the stars. This creates an entirely different experience compared to daytime routes.
