Le Karioka, Karaoke club in Saint Aubin, Toulouse, France
Le Karioka is a karaoke club featuring nine soundproof private rooms, each with a different theme such as a starlit ceiling or Japanese-inspired decor. The rooms are equipped with modern audio technology and offer varied decoration and atmosphere for groups of different sizes.
The club was the first karaoke box venue to open in central Toulouse, introducing the private room singing concept from Asian entertainment culture. This opening marked a turning point for the local entertainment scene, which later widely adopted this format.
Each room draws inspiration from different places around the world, ranging from Borneo to Marrakech, creating small windows into various cultures. These spaces let visitors briefly step into foreign settings while singing together.
The venue offers a large collection of around 45,000 songs in various languages and genres for guests to choose from. Visitors can order food and drinks directly from their room using tablets, making it easy to stay in the space without interruption.
One of the rooms, called Nuit étoilée, features a special ceiling that recreates the Milky Way, creating a unique singing experience. Additionally, all rooms include built-in photography equipment so guests can capture their moments during the session.
