The Park Playground

The Park Playground is an entertainment venue with four separate playing fields, each measuring 8 by 8 meters and equipped with virtual reality technology. Visitors navigate through digital environments using wireless headsets and handheld controllers while moving freely within the designated zones.

The venue emerged from converting an industrial site in Dok Noord into a modern entertainment space. Its opening introduced virtual reality gaming to the city and reflected the district's shift toward contemporary leisure activities.

The place brings people together to share immersive digital experiences in a social setting. Groups move through virtual worlds as a team, creating shared moments that feel like collaborative adventures.

The venue is located in the Dok Noord district and operates daily, with each session lasting about one hour. Visitors should wear comfortable clothing and check opening times ahead, especially if coming in larger groups.

Visitors wear wireless VR backpacks that allow complete freedom of movement without being tethered to cables or external devices. This enables entirely new ways of interacting with virtual scenarios and exploring digital spaces.
