Karting de Chartres, Kart circuit in Chartres, France
Karting de Chartres is a kart circuit featuring an indoor track where electric Sodikart vehicles race. The layout offers different configurations to suit various skill levels and age groups.
The circuit was designed by racing driver David Terrien and certified by the French Federation of Motor Sports. This allowed the track to be raced in both directions.
The venue welcomes families and people with mobility challenges through adapted equipment and two-seater karts that let them race together. This approach makes motor sports accessible beyond typical participants.
The center opens daily and extends its hours on weekends for more availability. Sessions run for about eight minutes each and accommodate different age groups.
It is the only FFSA-approved track in France where racing happens in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions. This feature makes each visit offer different racing experiences than standard single-direction circuits.
