Sensas Paris, Family entertainment center in 18th arrondissement, Paris, France
Sensas Paris is a family entertainment center in the 18th arrondissement where visitors navigate multiple rooms with interactive challenges designed around sensory exploration. Each space combines physical and mental activities that test how we perceive and interact with the world around us.
This space grew from a concept designed to raise awareness about sensory disabilities through hands-on immersive experiences in controlled settings. The approach evolved to create spaces where sensory challenges become accessible and engaging for a wide audience.
Visitors collect amulets as they move through the experience, which the center converts into donations for the Sourires Autour du Monde association. This creates a meaningful link between play and supporting disability initiatives.
The center welcomes groups from 4 to 52 people, and rooms are designed to be navigable for visitors with varying mobility levels. It helps to stay together as a group and listen carefully to instructions before starting so everyone can enjoy the experience smoothly.
The venue features specialized rooms including laser mazes, Braille learning workshops, and zero-gravity areas that challenge perception in unexpected ways. These distinct spaces let visitors discover how their senses work through hands-on exploration rather than explanation alone.
