ATC Šlechtův palouk, Campground in Pastviny, Czech Republic
ATC Šlechtův palouk is a campground in Pastviny, Czech Republic, set along the edge of a reservoir at the foot of the Orlické hory mountains. The site has spaces for tents and caravans as well as basic cabins.
The camp was set up by the local municipality and sits beside a reservoir built in the 20th century, which transformed the landscape of the area. Over time, the site became a regular stop for families and outdoor visitors from nearby towns.
The campground is open from early May through the end of October, and no reservation is needed for tent or caravan spots. On site you will find a reception desk, restrooms, showers, a playground, WiFi, and a restaurant.
The camp received a bronze medal from a holiday inspector in 2012, which is rare for a municipally run site. Bikes and fishing gear can be rented directly on site, making it easy to head out without bringing your own equipment.
