Camping Strukkamphuk
Camping Strukkamphuk is a campground located directly on the Baltic Sea coast on the island of Fehmarn, surrounded by open meadows, dunes, and a wide beach. The site offers various pitch types for tents, caravans, and motorhomes, modern sanitary facilities, a restaurant called Wind & Wasser, an on-site supermarket, and sports facilities such as volleyball and skateboarding areas.
The campground has existed for several decades and has developed into a popular destination for families and water sports enthusiasts. Fehmarn itself is one of Germany's oldest Baltic Sea islands and has attracted visitors for a long time, with the site's ideal location for water sports being recognized and expanded early on.
The campsite reflects the Baltic Sea's strong connection to water sports, with windsurfing and kiteboarding central to daily life here. Visitors experience a relaxed, open community where people gather around shared interests in outdoor activities and enjoying nature by the water.
The site is easy to access with a dedicated motorhome area at the front offering unrestricted entry and equipped with electricity and water connections. Bicycles can be rented on-site to explore the island using the cycle paths that start directly from the campground.
The crackling of the beach bonfire is a special highlight for many visitors, as families gather in the evening to watch the sunset over the sea. This quiet, communal ritual often creates moments that guests remember as unforgettable.
