Sky & Sand Beachclub opened in May 2012 on the rooftop of the Hamburger Meile shopping center in the Barmbek district, establishing itself as Hamburg's premier rooftop destination and transforming the concept of urban beach recreation in northern Germany.

The venue represents Hamburg's innovative approach to urban leisure, combining traditional German hospitality with Mediterranean beach culture, creating a social hub where locals and tourists gather to experience a unique blend of city life and seaside relaxation.

The club operates daily from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM during summer months, offering three bars serving cocktails, beers, and diverse cuisine including tapas, grilled dishes, and burgers, with advance reservations recommended for securing premium sunbed locations on busy days.
