Established in 2019 within the Bank Hotel that opened in 2018, Le Hibou is housed in a historic building located between Nybrokajen and Kungsträdgården, reflecting Stockholm's architectural and urban development throughout the decades.

The interior design draws inspiration from an upscale Parisian suite featuring luxurious furnishings and elegant details, creating a sophisticated ambiance that evokes European glamour while celebrating French-inspired hospitality in the heart of Sweden's capital.

Operating Monday through Sunday from 14:00 to 23:00 on Sundays and until 01:00 Tuesday through Saturday, the establishment accepts only bank card payments and recommends reservations for groups and Saturday lunch service on the terrace.

The venue offers a cocktail menu called 'Perspectives of Summer' featuring ten distinct creations highlighting ingredients like apple, strawberry, and pineapple, with each ingredient interpreted through two different drink preparations to showcase mixology versatility.
