Riad Kalaa

Riad Kalaa is a traditional Moroccan riad in Rabat with nine individually decorated rooms, each inspired by major Moroccan cities such as Fes, Marrakech, and Casablanca. All rooms include air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, and flat-screen televisions.

The building dates back centuries and was once part of a network of merchant houses that played a role in Rabat's economic development during medieval times. These houses were hubs for trade and exchange in the region.

Guests can experience traditional Moroccan cooking, with dishes prepared on-site using fresh local ingredients like tagine and couscous. These meals represent culinary customs that have been central to life in the city for many years.

The riad is located about 20 minutes by private vehicle from Rabat airport and about 70 minutes from Casablanca airport. Public parking is available nearby for a small fee.
