The Point de vue sur Stokach – Panorama de Łódź is a viewpoint on one of the hills of the Wyżyna Łódzka ridge, on the edge of Łódź in Poland. From there, visitors can see rooftops, red-brick factory buildings, and newer districts stretching toward the horizon.
The land was once a gravel quarry, and after mining ended it was turned into a park in the 1950s. A memorial stone dedicated to the sailor and mountaineer Mariusz Zaruski was placed there, giving the park his name.
The paths through the park are straightforward, though the hillside terrain means some gentle slopes along the way. Evening light tends to work well for photos, while early mornings are less busy.
The large shell-shaped hollow visible in the park is not a natural landform but the direct leftover from gravel extraction carried out on the site. The nearby streets also bear names linked to mountain peaks, like Giewont and Szczytowa, reflecting the hilly shape of the land.
