The Revolution Park, Amusement park inside a natural history museum in Milan, Italy
The Revolution Park is a guided experience inside the Natural History Museum of Milan, where visitors wear VR headsets to travel through the history of the Earth. The route is divided into six sections, going from the origin of the universe to the current state of the planet's ecosystems.
The project was created by the company Way Experience in partnership with the WWF and the Natural History Museum of Milan, bringing together science and new technology. Part of the ticket revenue goes toward supporting local conservation projects near Milan.
The meeting point is near the Giardini Indro Montanelli park, in central Milan, and it is easy to reach on foot or by public transport. The tour lasts about 75 minutes and is suited for visitors aged 7 and above.
Part of the ticket revenue supports Forestami, a project aiming to plant 3 million trees around Milan by 2030. The experience is also linked to Focus magazine, a science publication that promotes learning through new technologies.
