Devět skal

The granite rock formation rises to 836 meters at its peak, forming three long ridges with nine towers and three smaller pinnacles.

The regional government of Žďár nad Sázavou declared this geological formation a protected natural monument in 1976 to preserve its rock structures.

Local residents maintain traditional hiking paths that lead visitors through different sections of the monument, connecting surrounding villages to the summit.

Climbers can access 110 marked routes across the rock faces, with walls ranging from 5 to 19 meters in height.

This natural monument stands as the highest point in the Žďárské vrchy mountain range and the second-highest peak in the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands.
