Sportovní hala Fortuna is a multi-purpose indoor arena on the fairgrounds in Bubeneč, Prague 7. It opened in 1962 with a capacity of 18,500 and now seats 13,238 for ice hockey. The building has a curved roof, a dark red section with grid-paned windows, and a light tan facade with six tall vertical windows between concrete columns; a silver statue stands in front.
Sportovní hala Fortuna opened on 7 March 1962 as Sportovní hala ČSTV with a capacity of 18,500, on the Bubeneč fairgrounds. It hosted the 1962 World Figure Skating Championships days later, and from 17 October 1962 became HC Sparta Praha's home rink. It held the Ice Hockey World Championships in 1972, 1978, 1985 and 1992, and the 1980 Davis Cup final, where Czechoslovakia beat Italy 4–1.
The arena stands on the Výstaviště fairgrounds in Bubeneč, Prague 7, beside the smaller Malá sportovní hala, to which it is linked by a tunnel. The nearest tram stop is Výstaviště Holešovice; the entrance with red-framed doors under the hockey mural faces the open ground in front of the hall.
